Smile! It’s a beautiful day!☺️

Some days I feel like I look like the girl on the left, 210+lbs and hating myself (not often). Putting these together reminds me of how much I have achieved and how far I have come. From chicken nugget eating couch potato to running races for fun and wearing size 10 dresses is just insane.
I often can’t comprehend it but please know it’s possible. I dreamt to have a before and after on this website and I used to get so pissed off believing I couldn’t be that girl.
You can absolutely do it, if I can, anyone can
obsessed with you. i wish we were friends.
Finally!!!! After a few weeks of hard work I can finally do a headstand!!! It’s so much fun and so relaxing to stay in this for a while and just clear my thoughts. It centers my mind and makes me focus on my balance and form instead thinking about what I have to do later that day or week. It allows me to live in the moment without stress and be one with my soul for that short time I’m in the headstand, while teaching me how to connect my mind, body, and soul in the rest of my day as well. And slowly I am getting there. Yoga is more than just an exercise. It’s a way that you should think and live by. I just wish more people saw that.
Lillian Weber, a 99-year-old good Samaritan from Iowa, has spent the last few years sewing a dress a day for the Little Dresses For Africa charity, a Christian organization that distributes dresses to children in need in Africa and elsewhere.
Weber’s goal is to make 1,000 dresses by the time she turns 100 on May 6th. So far, she’s made more than 840. Though she says she could make two a day, she only makes one – but each single dress she makes per day is personalized with careful stitchwork. She hopes that each little girl who receives her dress can take pride in her new garment.
