
PROGRESS PICTURES!!
Before is a picture I took at the start of a failed weight loss attempt.
After is from last night.
There isn’t a huge difference, but take into consideration I wasn’t dieting or exercise for a whole year, just these past few weeks.
Do you see the difference in my thighs?? I do, and that is what made me excited and what to post this! (Just for reference, I tried my best to line up where my shoulders are and knees are, so they aren’t different heights, and I realize lifting your arm and holding by your side will make it look different. But not in your thighs :D!)
