healthandfitnesswithkateMy name is Kate, and I am a 20 year old girl who wants to get her ass back in shape. I have made this blog to help me reach my goals for my 2012 New Years Resolution. I will be posting pictures of great recipes that are healthy and also helps one loose weight. This will not only help me but hopefully will help other people to get inspired to get fit. I do not want to be skinny but instead healthy and fit.
This blog will include, pictures of before and after of other individuals who have made a change to get healthy and be fit. I will be posting exercise programs, as well. I will also post a picture of myself after every 10 to 5 pounds I loose.
I hope this blog will help other who are trying to loose weight and go it in a healthy ways. I will also have my ask open for any question or if anyone would offer some support.
